These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the khalo vip platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account management, and payment services. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the khalo vip website at https://khalo-vip.com (the "Platform"), you ("the Player") unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and legally binding contract between you and khalo vip (the "Company") regarding your use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior communications, representations, or understandings between you and the Company, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration and by continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the most current version of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and governed by the principles of international iGaming best practices. All communications between the Company and the Player regarding this Agreement shall be conducted in English.
2. Eligibility & Age Verification
The khalo vip Platform is intended exclusively for adult players. To register and maintain an active account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older to access any real-money product on khalo vip, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and fishing games.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Age Verification Process
The Company applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the age and identity of all players. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed. The Company may also require age verification at any earlier stage, including immediately after registration, before a bonus is credited, or following a large deposit.
Acceptable identity documents for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued photo identification confirming the player's date of birth. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use. The Company may also report underage gambling attempts to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access real-money games and betting markets on khalo vip, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a contact number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile network.
One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the khalo vip Platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. The Company uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately, all bonus balances will be voided, and the Company reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Account Security

The Company cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
Accurate Information Obligation
All information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your identity documents, or an address that cannot be verified — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the khalo vip Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not apply any platform-side currency conversion fees. Third-party payment providers — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — may apply their own transaction fees as governed by their respective terms of service.
Accepted Payment Methods
khalo vip currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location within Bangladesh and may be updated by the Company from time to time.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad transactions.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- The Company reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before crediting a deposit or processing a withdrawal.
- Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the Company following a verification review.
- The Company's target processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is 15 minutes from the time of request approval. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the receiving bank's cut-off schedules.
- All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be held pending until verification is finalised.
- The Company reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and security checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawals, or withdrawals following a significant change in account activity patterns.
- Withdrawals will only be released to accounts where the name on the payment method matches the name on the verified khalo vip account.
Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from Company operating funds. This means your deposited funds are protected and are not used for any purpose other than facilitating your gameplay and processing your withdrawals.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
The Company offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players on the khalo vip Platform. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed basic registration and are aged 18 years or above.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance and subsequently withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in total wagers before becoming withdrawable).
- The Company reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel associated winnings where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
- Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Only the real-money component of a player's account balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds held in the bonus wallet cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first be converted to real-money balance by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement. If a withdrawal request is made before a wagering requirement is completed, the Company reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus balance from the withdrawal amount.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
By participating in any game or betting market on the khalo vip Platform, you acknowledge and accept that all outcomes in casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and that sports betting outcomes are determined by real-world sporting events. The Company does not control sporting results.
Casino Games
All casino games available on the Platform — including slots, live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), crash games, and fishing games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Habanero. Sports Betting

Pre-match and in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. The Company reserves the right to void bets where: (a) odds were published due to a technical error; (b) the event was suspended or abandoned before the relevant result was determined; or (c) there is credible evidence of match-fixing or corruption affecting the event.
System Errors & Malfunction
In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a casino game or the processing of a bet, the Company reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and refund the original stake to the player's real-money balance. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system error will not be paid out and will be removed from the account balance. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the standard applied across all game providers on the Platform.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the khalo vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, potential forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
- Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, low-risk hedging strategies, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or live dealer games.
- Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting software to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds obtained through criminal activity. The Company maintains an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider for deposits that have been legitimately wagered on the Platform. Illegitimate chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
- Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting a known bug, glitch, or technical error in the Platform or any game to generate profits. Any profits so generated will be voided.
- Impersonation: Registering an account or submitting KYC documents using another person's identity.
The Company employs advanced fraud detection technology and a dedicated integrity team that monitors all accounts and transactions continuously. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by human analysts operating on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
8. Account Closure & Suspension
Either party — the Player or the Company — may close a khalo vip account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team at support@khalo-vip.com. Before closing your account, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied prior to the closure request. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt during normal operating hours on Bangladesh Standard Time.
Closure or Suspension by the Company
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- The player is or becomes ineligible to use the Platform under section 2 (Eligibility).
- The player's account activity is consistent with bonus abuse, fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct as described in section 7.
- The Company is required to close the account by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
- The player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions in section 9.
Where an account is closed by the Company due to a proven breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Company reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Amounts withheld in good faith during a legitimate investigation will not accrue interest.
9. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms & Conditions.
The Company's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. The Company will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. No liability is accepted for losses arising from Platform downtime during live sporting events or game sessions.
The Company is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or fairness of individual game sessions provided by third-party game studios. Such providers operate under their own licensing and certification arrangements and are independently responsible for the integrity of their game software. Any disputes regarding specific game outcomes should be directed first to the khalo vip support team, who will escalate to the game provider where appropriate.
11. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, payment terms, bonus conditions, or account eligibility — the Company will provide notice to registered players via the Platform's notification system and, where applicable, by email to the address on file.
The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be published at https://khalo-vip.com/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated. It is the player's responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with section 8 of this Agreement. The Company will process any outstanding real-money balance to your verified payment method upon receipt of a valid closure request.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of iGaming regulation and contract law.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you are required to contact the khalo vip support team at support@khalo-vip.com to attempt informal resolution. The Company commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
In the event that informal resolution is not achieved, disputes relating to individual game outcomes or transaction processing shall be referred to the relevant third-party game provider's dispute resolution process or payment provider's process, as applicable. The Company will cooperate fully with such processes and will implement any binding outcome.
Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory laws. The Company respects the legal rights of all registered players and will engage in good faith with any legitimate dispute raised in accordance with these procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are issued exclusively in English. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.
BST Response Times
All response time commitments stated in these Terms — including the 48-hour complaint acknowledgement and 10-business-day resolution target — are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect without amendment.
